Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing & PR Lead is a strategic role responsible for expanding brand visibility through influencer partnerships and media relations. Acting as a key link between the brand and the creator ecosystem, this role ensures strong representation that drives both awareness and commercial growth. It requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Strategy & Partnerships

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and product launches
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, health experts, and brand ambassadors
  • Manage contracts, deliverables, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards

2. PR & Media Relations

  • Lead PR initiatives and build strong relationships with media, editors, and industry journalists
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, and briefing documents for launches and key announcements
  • Organize media events, press activations, and product seeding campaigns to maximize exposure

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on influencer performance, tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Support quarterly reviews by evaluating ROI from PR and influencer activities
  • Track competitor activity and emerging trends to maintain market competitiveness

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital and content teams to integrate influencer content across platforms
  • Align with commercial teams to ensure campaigns support promotional calendars and product availability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Digital Brand Management
  • Experience within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Health is highly preferred
  • Strong skills in social media analytics and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
