Job Summary:

A reputable Consumer Health company based in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital performance campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong track record of driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for ROI, CAC, and ROAS
  • Lead media planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, medical, regulatory, sales) to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights
  • Manage external agencies and vendors where applicable
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure all digital activities comply with local regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of overall experience in digital/performance marketing
  • At least 2 years in a Performance Marketing Manager role
  • Experience within Consumer Health, FMCG, or related industries
  • Background in marketing agencies (preferred) or strong in-house experience
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Digital marketing certifications are a plus
